Volume Control problems

I’ve always liked Line except this version.
After updating to 4.1.0, everytime I’m video chatting with my someone, all of my other applications have lower volumes compared to Line despite my speakers being on max. This is noticeable when you play a music application in the background and then close Line. Upon closing Line, the music application in the background increases back to its normal volume.

For some reason, Line’s video chat volume suddenly has more priority over other applications. I get that this might be a “feature” that some people would like, but it’s disappointing that there is no option to toggle the feature on or off.

I know this is exclusive to Line because I have performed the same test using Google chat and Skype. It would be great if the developers address this issue.
