Video chat automatically lowers volume of othe applications

I’ve always loved Line, up until this latest version. For the last few years its been my go-to app for texting, calling, and video-chatting.

However, in this version (4.1.0), the video chat feature automatically lowers the volume of other apps. E.g. iTunes, Spotify, VLC, web browsers. And I have found no way to disable this feature. It’s really frustrating because I can’t listen to music with my friends, or have virtual movie-dates with my partner. I’ve confirmed it’s Line, and not OS, that’s doing this because I’ve tested other video-chat apps such as Skype.

So far I’ve been unable to find relevant information in Line Support. I want to continue using Line, so I would really appreciate if the next version could include a way to disable this feature!
