everytime I change a new phone, cant log in

Everytime I change a new phone, even though I had set the “passcode” or something and it showed “error occured, please try again later” so I redo this process for like a thousand times and still failed. I already had been through this twice and created two Line accounts, which is freaking stupid now I have to tell all my friends to add on my new account again. Only because I need this to talk to my friends on this or I absolutely hate this app.
